Delivery & Returns

Delivery

For small consignments containing stock items ordered between Monday and Friday and UK mainland only, you can expect delivery within 48 hours. We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. For larger consignments that require a pallet service delivery, please allow up to 7-10 working days.

All of the above time frames are dependent on orders being placed before 3pm on the day the order is placed, with available credit or payments clearing to allow orders through our system.

Please be aware that no compensation is provided if a delivery does not arrive within the time specification.

Undelivered items

If you are not available to take delivery, or if no safe place, adequate access or unloading facilities exist at the address provided, then the carrier will leave a written notice providing instructions for redelivery or collection by you. In the event of a re-delivery an additional cost may need to be charged.

Returns

Should you wish to return anything purchased from our website or our shop, we can only provide a full refund or exchange for products that are unopened, unused and returned to us in the original packaging within 14 days after receipt of goods. All returns must be at your own cost.

Damaged goods or missing items

In the event that an item(s) arrive damaged or are missing you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. You can contact us by phone 01449 722098 or email info@aquajet-uk.com. Please note we may request photos of item(s) and packaging.
